General Notes
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us if possible. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please note that the above point 1 is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Complaints:
!!! Please do not send the goods back without a comment, as we can then only assume it's a regular return!!!
DID YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM OTHER THAN THE ONE YOU ORDERED?
Please send us a photo of the received item so that we can clarify or initially rule out any identification errors.
In the case of a valid complaint, we will, of course, send you the correct item as quickly as possible and bear the costs for the return/ collection of the item.
IS THE RECEIVED ITEM NOT WORKING OR DEFECTIVE?
We are happy to help you locate the problem. Please send us a description of the error (and possibly photos) so that we can identify and possibly clarify or rule out any user errors with you straight away.
For a valid complaint, we will, of course, cover the costs of returning/collecting the item.

DID YOU ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASE THE WRONG ITEM AND WANT TO EXCHANGE IT?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free exchange. However, we will gladly try to find a solution to your problem together with you. If we cannot resolve it, please make a regular use of your right of withdrawal (see above) and return the goods (at your expense, see withdrawal instructions). Regardless, you can always purchase the desired item in our shop.
