How we ship

Shipping Costs for EU Countries:

We only ship to registered commercial dealers/installers in EU countries outside Germany. (See reason here)

If you are registered with us as a commercial dealer/installer and are based within the EU, after manual activation the conditions on this page apply.

All other interested parties can of course still have the goods sent to a German address, for example to a GLS-PaketShop of your choice in Germany (and pick it up there yourself), or use consolidation/forwarding services, such as LogoiX (AT only), Easy Delivery, myGermany, Parcl, etc.

Attention: Please use these addresses only as (alternative) delivery addresses and never as registration/invoice addresses! We reject anonymous transactions abroad for liability reasons.

2nd Option: Commission a parcel service of your choice and have it pick up the goods at our address.

Shipping Costs for Buyers Residing Outside the EU:

We exclusively ship to dealers with a presence in Germany or EU countries.

Buyers from all other countries can also have the goods sent to a German address,

• for example, to a GLS-PaketShop of your choice in Germany (and pick it up there yourself),
• or use consolidation/forwarding services such as MeinEinkauf.ch (CH only), Lieferadresse Deutschland (CH only), Grenzpaket (CH only), Easy Delivery, myGermany, Parcl, etc.

• Then select the shipping method: Pickup
• Inquire separately about package weight(s) and dimensions if necessary (e.g., in the comment field at the end of the checkout process).

Tax-free delivery outside the EU is not possible. If you enter a billing address outside the EU and the VAT amount is more than 10 EUR, you can send us the export confirmation or the original invoice by mail (not email) after it has been stamped by the German customs. We will then refund the VAT to you.

It's also important for you to know: The right of withdrawal for distance selling transactions with consumers applies only within the territory of the EU. Once the goods have left the EU, the right of withdrawal expires.
