The perforated mounting plate / rear wall of the 60 x 60 cm mounting cabinets, for instance for btv IS-66, has precise dimensions of 595 x 595 x 18 mm. It has a hole diameter of 3 mm and a grid dimension of 5 mm on 545 x 485 mm. The sheet thickness is 1.5 mm. Components are secured using countersunk self-tapping screws or sheet metal screws, which also establishes the grounding of the components.

When installing in a cabinet, please note that a row of holes must remain free on both the right and left sides!

The back panels fit the corresponding 60 x 60 cm mounting cabinets. Therefore, they are slightly smaller than the size indicated in the description.

Components are attached using countersunk self-tapping screws or sheet metal screws. This simultaneously establishes the grounding of the components.

Absolutes MUSS!
Aus meiner Sicht ein absolutes Mu bei der Installation von Antennenanlagen:
-> Einfache Montage: Nur vier Löcher müssen in der Wand gebohrt werden. Der Rest erfolgt mit Blechtreibschrauben
-> Bessere Luftzufuhr verbauter Komponenten senkt Überhitzungsrisiko
-> Alle aufgeschraubten Komponenten befinden sich bereits auf dem selben Masse-Potential (falls nicht durch Kunststoffgehäuse isoliert...)
-> Ummontage jederzeit möglich, falls Komponenten ausgeauscht werden müssen oder neue hinzusollen

So macht die Montage Spass
Universelles Lochblech für die schnelle Montage beim Kunden, da die Vormontage der Komponenten bereits in der Werkstatt erfolgen kann. Optisch sehr ansprechende Lösung, gute Wärmeabfuhr für Verstärker oder Multischalter.
