To purchase as a retailer, installer, or any other commercial customer, we ask you to first create a customer account in our shop.
2. Submit Business Proof
To verify your details, please send us a copy of your business registration or your Chamber of Commerce registration proof to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org .
You will be informed by email about the manual activation & from then on, you can benefit from favorable conditions and preferred delivery times.
Orders from the EU
If your location is not in Germany but within the EU, an order is only possible after manual activation. From the moment of activation, special shipping conditions apply. However, this is only valid if there is a valid VAT ID and if the registration data matches exactly.
Where is my order confirmation?
If you have placed an order but have not yet received a confirmation, please check if your email inbox can receive and whether the transaction was registered by the provider of the payment method you chose.
When will I receive my invoice?
Every purchase with us is concluded with an invoice; we will send this to you automatically by email after the shipping is completed. A separate request is therefore not necessary.
Modify or cancel orders
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us in time by phone. This way, we can act before shipping your goods.
How can I track my shipment?
After the shipping process, you will receive all important information about your shipment by email, including the invoice and a link for shipment tracking (Note: not with the economy shipping option).
