These mounts are not manufactured in industrial mass production but individually crafted in a German workshop. They were designed for securing satellite dishes on roofs with larger overhangs (or when the dish needs to be swiveled sideways for alignment).
To enhance stability, this version features an increased tube diameter of 60.3 mm, and the transition from the tube to the mounting plate is additionally braced to counteract higher leverage forces.

The mount is attached from below, for example, to a balcony ceiling or a garage roof. Space for a potentially existing gutter has been taken into account.
Alternatively, installation facing downwards is possible (to mount an antenna below the balcony or terrace floor out of sight).
